Thornhill Goods wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

Return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

How to request a return

• Email hello@thornhillgoods.com with your order number.
• We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.
• Ship the item back to us using a tracked service.
• Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact hello@thornhillgoods.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.
